The Line @ Shangri La – International Buffet
The Line pioneered in offering a dramatic buffet concept. Here, you will see 16, very different culinary, open-style cooking stations where people can see their food being cooked right in front of them. The other vibe that The Line also gives out is that at every station, you’ll feel like you are visiting a mini restaurant. They have such a remarkable cold seafood counter, which is a real showstopper because of the fresh lobsters, oysters, prawns and many more. This buffet really is a must-try especially for seafood lover like myself.

The Dining Room at Sheraton Towers
Unlike the previous restaurants, The Dining Room does not offer a wide variety of food. What they do is focus on the quality of food, they cater to those who prefer to have an endless flow of their favourite dishes rather than people who opt for samples of countless dishes. This is the perfect place if you want to have a free flow of fresh oysters, salmon sashimi, buttered prawns and lobsters. Another thing to note is The Dining room isn’t one of the hotspots in Singapore for your go-to buffet, which means that there will be less people and no queues for your favorite dish!
